JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Title: Administrative Assistant
Bill Rate: $32.55/hr
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Duration: 6 months plus possible extensions
Location: 100% Onsite at Dr Benbrook TX76126
Will travel be required due to storm outages? Yes
If so how much (% of time)? Up to 25%
Will travel expenses be covered/reimbursed by Client? Yes
Daily Work Schedule: Daily hours 7am – 3:30pm Mon-Fri.
Overtime when needed for work completion or storms.

Summary
Provides principal secretarial and administrative support to the Management and staff at the Arlington/Benbrook/Cleburne Distribution District. The position maintains a close and highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of the store room and works independently with minimum supervision and guidance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Processes invoices.
Create and maintain files records and reports.
Accurately complete file and maintain required governmental SOX and environmental data.
Coordinate multiple job assignments including reports presentations newsletters and special projects using various PC software and business applications.
Utilizes available resources for optimum efficiency sets priorities and organizes work to ensure assignments are completed on time.
Interact with all levels of employees.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Works with minimum supervision and guidance.
Handles administrative duties of a confidential nature.
Must have the ability to work from multiple locations.
Will be required to assist others at any time and be subject to work overtime as necessary to support emergency activities. This may require reporting to work during adverse weather conditions.
Ensures daily weekly and monthly required tasks are accomplished.
Ensures appropriate inventory levels.
Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as any other specific job requirements.

Education Experience & Skill Requirements
Education: High School diploma GED or equivalent required.
Experience: Two yearsí experience in administrative support functions.
Skill : Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook are a must.
Must display a positive customer-focused attitude and be willing to work long or on occasion unscheduled hours.
Must be organized detail oriented have strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of internal systems and software.
Also must be team oriented with demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
Knowledge of company operations policies and procedures.
