Max. 12 or 13 years
A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
An added advantage would be having a Diploma in Tool Design, a Postgraduate Diploma in Tool Design, or an M.Tech in Tool Design from reputed institutes such as GTTC, NTTF, CITD, or similar organizations.
Experience in Aerospace Tool Design will be given first preference.
Candidates from non‑aerospace domains may also be considered, particularly those with experience in Automotive Tool Design (BIW Fixtures) or Heavy Engineering domains.
The role involves Tool Design, including:
Core Tool Design Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% of their total work experience in Tool Design within the Automotive, Aerospace, or Heavy Engineering domains.
Not Preferred
Candidates whose entire experience is limited to Sheet Metal Tool Design, Press Tool Design, or Mold Design are not preferred.

Candidates are not required to have experience in all the above tool categories. Experience in a combination of the listed tools is acceptable.
