The Business Analyst role is not attached to one single global program. This BA will support several regional, fast paced, interim solutions while global products are still under development. We will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. However, it is important to highlight that this remains a true Business Analyst position.
We need someone who can:
• apply solid BA methodology,
• structure requirements clearly,
• challenge the business when needed,
• but still work in a pragmatic and time boxed way to support faster regional delivery.
So the profile should combine:
• strong BA fundamentals,
• good documentation and requirement structuring,
• but with an 80/20 mindset (fit-for-purpose, not over analysis),
• is comfortable working in rapid delivery mode,
• can collaborate closely with Project Managers and developers,
• can translate business needs into quick, pragmatic functional designs,
• and can operate across multiple small/medium initiatives rather than one large programme.
• and experience in iterative, short-cycle delivery
So the role is not programme specific — it’s regional, agile, and focused on delivering short cycle solutions until the global products are ready.

The EUROPE Digital & Technology Team is accountable of the end-to-end IT services across the clients' EU Regional Office. In relation with all IT Staff and the Head Office, we work as partners to the Business to identify, develop and deploy secure solutions with the best quality of delivery in alignment with requirements.
