Our team is more of a backend infrastructure team than a workforce management team. Ideal candidates will come from roles such as Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer and have experience with on-prem and cloud server and network infrastructure, working directly with vendors to implement and troubleshoot purchased solutions, and excellent communication / presentation skills. Bonus points for candidates that have experience working within the Agile framework, working with the backend and vendors of WFM applications such as Verint, Aspect, WorkIQ, Intradiem, TTEC WFM Adapters, etc. and also, basic scripting experience is a plus.
