About the Role
A leading global audio technology company is seeking a Dealer Support Associate to provide operational and administrative support to its UK dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting partners with product, order, and service-related queries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Dealer Support Associate, the successful candidate will play a key role in sales operations, stock coordination, and dealer communication across a portfolio of premium audio brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily order entry, pricing, and stock availability queries from dealers.
• Provide alternative product suggestions and manage stock allocation across the UK network.
• Coordinate deliveries, slot times, and stock movements between dealers and logistics partners.
• Support service, returns, and credit note processing to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and planning teams to resolve shortages and fulfil key account requirements.
• Support internal sales initiatives including employee purchase programmes and stock sales.
• Oversee key account activity (e.g. Amazon) in partnership with internal teams.
• Monitor and follow up on incomplete orders, payment limits, and debit note requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge through internal learning platforms.
Required Experience and Skills
• Experience in a customer support, sales operations, or order management role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or CRM systems advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment.
• Technical aptitude with an interest in audio or consumer electronics preferred.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
• Fluent German and Dutch
