Job Description
Strong Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
Strong in SQL must be able to construct efficient queries in short time and be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
Effective use of SQL to query Splunk Logs for troubleshooting applications
Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
SRE skill and experience on Observability using monitoring tools.
Application PROD Support experience using APIs, aware of ITSM tools – Incident/change/Problem Management
Good to have
Release management with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins)
Basic knowledge in Java Application support/API support/Batch support
Show interest to do automations in scripting (Unix/Python)
Good and confident communication skills and Positive learning attitude
