About the Role
A leading global audio technology company is seeking a Training Manager – Europe to design, deliver, and manage professional training programmes that reflect the company’s high standards and premium brand positioning. The role will support distributors, retailers, and integration partners across Europe, ensuring that all stakeholders have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to represent the brand effectively.
 
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, Europe, the Training Manager will lead a regional team of four and play a key role in elevating the organisation’s technical and commercial training capabilities across the region.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive European training strategy and calendar.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional training team of four full-time employees.
• Deliver engaging in-person and digital product training for internal teams, partners, and end-users.
• Create and maintain commercial and technical training materials, both written and digital.
• Manage and update training content hosted on the company’s digital learning platform.
• Share deep technical product knowledge with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Represent the company at key trade shows, dealer events, and partner meetings across Europe.
 
Required Experience and Skills
• 10+ years of experience within the audio, hi-fi, or home cinema industry.
• Proven experience designing and delivering professional training programmes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch fluency preferred.
• Experience leading and developing small teams in an international setting.
• Strong technical understanding of audio and home entertainment technologies.
• Skilled in digital learning tools and instructional design methodologies.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
