Wind Turbine Service Technician / Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Support project construction and delivery, including mechanical and electrical installation supervision, turbine commissioning, final inspection, defect resolution, and coordination between all stakeholders. Participate in technical training, documentation, and data management throughout the installation phase.
2. Perform operation and maintenance activities such as fault diagnosis and repair, routine servicing, turbine optimisation, system upgrades, and supervision of third-party operations. Maintain on-site documentation and ensure continuous technical learning.
3. Manage safety, quality, and project progress on site in compliance with company and industry standards.

 

Requirements:
1. Valid high- and low-voltage electrician licence, working-at-heights certificate, and first aid certification.
2. Must meet occupational health standards, with no colour blindness, acrophobia, or contraindications to working in noisy, high-temperature, or high-altitude environments, or with electrical equipment.
3. Prior experience in wind turbine commissioning, troubleshooting, installation supervision, and maintenance is an advantage.
4. Willingness to undertake long-term overseas assignments and nationwide deployment as required. Must be adaptable, reliable, and ready to work under challenging conditions.
