- Backfill for Prem
- Junior to mid-level; focus on strong fundamentals vs. senior hire
- Reporting to Greg for now but eventually to Tech Lead

Candidate Profile

- Data Scientists
- Engineers with strong modeling / math / statistics (engineers often better at business/product context)
- Must-have:
- Python
- Strong machine learning skills (incl. problem framing)
- Nice to have:
- Databricks (not required)
