• Optimize the current Power BI architecture, covering data ingestion (e.g., from TrackWise, SAP, Documentum), transformation (Power Query/Dataflows/Fabric), and modeling layers.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, insightful Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Quality Management Systems (e.g., TrackWise, Documentum, SharePoint).
• Define best practices for semantic model design, dataset reuse, dataflows, and gold layer datasets.
• Establish architectural patterns to enable self-service analytics and governed reporting.
• Provide technical leadership on integration with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud data platforms as applicable.
• Advise on governance, scalability, performance, and security considerations specific to a GxP-regulated environment.

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics architecture with at least 3 years in Power BI enterprise architecture roles.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power BI stack, including semantic models, dataflows, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience assessing current-state architecture, defining future-state reference architecture blueprint, recommending governance and best practice playbook for Power BI and semantic models, and proposing Azure/Fabric integration and data layer optimization
• Strong grasp of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles as applied to analytics solutions.
