DSS Admin

Requirements for an onsite DSS person will include:
– Around 2-7 years of hardware and software troubleshooting experience
– Experience with imaging computers using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
– Self-starter (minimal supervision)
– Great customer service experience and attitude (Sites have some long backlogs and have had issues receiving IT support in the past, so looking to mend a lot of relationships)
