Job description:
Scrum Master
- Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates
- Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
- Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts, dashboards, etc
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols
- Must have some experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.
- Must be local to Orlando and willing to come onsite > 50% of the time.

- Scrum master certification required
- Must have experience using Jira
- Must have active secret clearance
