Entra ID, Sharepoint, one Drive, Powershell scripting
Must have worked in an enterprise, global environment
Understanding of Risk, compliance (must have exposure and understanding of GDPR) and security pertaining to M365
Experience talking to the business as a first line response to updates
Day to day: Manage the Saas platform and stay on top of MS updates which could impact the greater team. Communication to IT stakeholders. Some of these updates may be new developments with the products they’re launching or updates with compliance and security.
