About the Role
We are seeking a Manager to lead India’s Information Security Control Assurance (ISCA)
team as part of the global GRC function. This role coordinates with UK and US ISCA teams
to support global ES&F control assurance, providing strategic oversight, leading a team,
and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of control assurance specialists in India; promote collaboration and
accountability.
• Oversee control testing and ensure quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Report on control effectiveness and issues to senior leadership.
• Partners with ES&F teams and business units to identify control gaps and support
remediation.
• Serve as SME for ES&F controls, guide design, documentation, and assessment.
• Advance modernization via automation and continuous monitoring.
• Manage reporting for control assurance and regulatory governance
